The Investment Banking Associate Role

Bank of America is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute within the firm's investment banking operations. The Associate will support various banking activities and client initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of target companies, including maintaining and updating comparable company trading analysis and transaction analysis.
• Monitor targeted clients for news and announcements.
• Provide support on transactions across the bank's products, which may involve maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence, and managing working group lists and timetables.
• Perform research on companies and industries, and support client initiatives, including generating and developing new ideas for presentations.
• Formulate and develop client pitch-books and analysis, in addition to supporting other bankers within the team.
• Build direct cross-functional relationships with bankers in product and regional business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, along with proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and conscientiousness.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams and individuals.
• Educated to degree level, preferably in a numerical discipline such as economics or finance.
• Strong personal integrity and a commitment to acting in the best interest of clients, teammates, and the firm.
