Investment & Blending Expert

About the Role

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project, "Egypt Downtown Facility." In this context, we are seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Investment & Blending to support technical assistance assignments. This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Project Objective

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. This will be achieved by providing rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective aims to strengthen policy dialogue, improve programme implementation, and reinforce institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to investment project preparation.
• Provide expertise on EU blending and guarantee instruments.
• Contribute to investment pipeline development.
• Assist in project structuring.
• Facilitate cooperation with European and international financial institutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in investment and blending roles.
• Experience 7 years is required for this senior expert position.
• Proven ability to work on EU-funded projects is an advantage.

Work Type and Location

This is a Contract position. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
