The Opportunity

Senna is seeking an Investment Manager VC to join its global capital formation team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating on a hybrid model with four days per week in the office. The role primarily focuses on developing and managing investor and deal-making programs for a major gaming conference, while also contributing to investor programming across a broader portfolio of large-scale B2B events.

Program Design and Investor Engagement

  • Design investment programs and deal-making formats for a flagship gaming conference, attracting international investors, publishers, and funds to a global standard.
  • Build and manage the gaming investor pipeline, identifying gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks, and accelerator programs, and conducting targeted outreach.
  • Manage the investor application and vetting process, verifying fund credentials, investment thesis alignment, and genuine intent to engage with gaming studios and founders.
  • Develop the content and format for all gaming investment activations, including reverse pitches, hosted buyer programs, closed-door investor roundtables, and live deal-making showcases.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Content Producer to ensure the investment content track is credible, current, and attracts the appropriate calibre of participant.
  • Design the end-to-end investor experience, encompassing investor lounges, curated sessions, concierge meetings, and investor-only programming to deliver a premium environment.

Operational Management and Reporting

  • Own the investor-side matchmaking process, working with internal teams to ensure high match quality and deal relevance.
  • Manage investor delegate communications, matchmaking logistics, and on-site facilitation to ensure the program delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Track and report on investment program outcomes, including deals initiated, capital committed, and follow-up meetings generated.
  • Support investor programs across other events in the portfolio, contributing investor relationships, outreach, and programming input where sector knowledge adds value.
  • Curate a balanced, high-quality investor room for each assigned event, reflecting that event's sector focus and strategic objectives.
  • Program investor-focused roundtables, LP introductions, and deal-flow sessions in collaboration with the special value programs team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal management tools, covering fund details, investment thesis, meeting history, and post-event feedback.

Relationship Management and Strategic Development

  • Track investor program KPIs across assigned events, including investor count, AUM represented, meetings held, investment signals generated, and investor NPS.
  • Conduct post-event investor debriefs, gather feedback, and share improvement recommendations with the program lead.
  • Maintain and nurture investor relationships year-round to ensure continuity across future event editions.
  • Develop new ideas for value-driven investor program features and lead on concept note development for future editions.
