About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager - Investment to lead and manage investment activities across the organization's portfolio. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves overseeing investment strategies, conducting market and financial analysis, and managing deal execution. The role focuses on ensuring optimal investment performance aligned with Qiddiya's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage investment activities across the company's portfolio.
• Oversee the development and implementation of investment strategies.
• Conduct thorough market and financial analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Manage the execution of investment deals from inception to completion.
• Ensure optimal investment performance in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and execute high-impact investment opportunities relevant to Qiddiya's growth sectors.
• Navigate complex financial transactions and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or asset management.
• Proven track record in managing complex investment deals and portfolio management.
• Experience in real estate investment or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the GCC investment landscape is highly advantageous.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Strong understanding of investment structures, deal negotiations, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and investment analysis tools.
• Deep knowledge of investment strategies and market trends relevant to Qiddiya's sectors.
