About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Investment to oversee and manage investment activities within the organization's portfolio. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role is integral to developing and executing investment strategies that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

Role Overview

The Manager - Investment will be responsible for leading investment strategies, conducting comprehensive market and financial analyses, and managing the execution of deals. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring that investments achieve optimal performance in line with the company’s growth plans. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and assess high-impact investment opportunities across relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage investment activities across the company's portfolio.
• Develop and oversee investment strategies.
• Conduct thorough market and financial analysis for potential investments.
• Manage the execution of investment deals.
• Ensure optimal investment performance aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities in sectors relevant to Qiddiya’s growth.
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate complex financial transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or asset management.
• Proven track record in managing complex investment deals and portfolio management.
• Experience in real estate investment or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the GCC investment landscape is highly advantageous.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Strong understanding of investment structures, deal negotiations, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and investment analysis tools.
• Deep knowledge of investment strategies and market trends relevant to Qiddiya’s sectors.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
