Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of the ISG TE is to provide comprehensive support for ISG server manufacturing operations. This involves active participation in the preparation, validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of various components essential for production testing. The scope of work covers the entire product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) and pilot runs to ramp-up phases and ongoing mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production test processes, test environments, test stations, and test code configurations.
• Validate and maintain production test processes, test environments, test stations, and test code configurations.
• Implement improvements for production test processes, test environments, test stations, and test code configurations.
• Support stable test execution throughout all stages of production.
• Conduct thorough analysis of test issues encountered during manufacturing.
• Ensure the timely resolution and closure of production test problems.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 0-1 years of professional experience. This requirement makes the role suitable for recent graduates or individuals at an early stage of their career who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing support and test engineering environment.
