Role Overview

Think is seeking an IT Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves managing all technical infrastructure that supports Think's operations, including laptops, identity management, SaaS applications, network, security, and servers. The IT Manager will be responsible for deploying internal Think AI Nodes, operating the 30 kW datacenter at the HQ, and ensuring the smooth functioning of employee tools. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-user and endpoint experiences, including laptop provisioning, MDM enrollment, identity and MFA, onboarding, offboarding, and daily support.
• Administer the corporate SaaS stack across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Zoom, covering access, groups, licensing, SSO, security posture, and audit readiness.
• Oversee the office network infrastructure, including switches, WiFi, firewall, VPN, cabling, DNS, meeting room AV, printers, and VoIP.
• Build and deploy Think AI Nodes from bare chassis to production-ready systems, involving GPU, CPU, memory storage population, liquid cooling loop assembly and leak testing, cabling, firmware, BIOS and BMC provisioning, OS imaging, driver stack, and burn-in validation.
• Operate the 30 kW HQ datacenter daily, managing thermals, power draw, network health, firmware update cycles, spare parts inventory, RMAs, and hardware replacement.
• Lead IT security operations, including patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection, and incident response, in coordination with Legal on policy.
• Manage technical facilities, covering security cameras, badge and access control, meeting room, AV, and VoIP configuration.
• Automate manual processes and manage IT vendors, procurement, licensing, and renewals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in IT management or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in server rack management, terminal operations, and end-user support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse IT systems and infrastructure.
