About the Junior Account Manager Role

Alexander Lyons Solutions is partnering with a multinational creative and marketing agency to recruit a Junior Account Manager for their operations in Riyadh. This role is integral to the agency's expansion, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Junior Account Manager will join the Client Servicing team, focusing on a key regional account. This position emphasizes project management and operational excellence, requiring the ability to translate complex briefs across various channels, including OOH, digital, internal, and corporate communications, into clear directives for creative and production teams. The role involves acting as the operational backbone of the account, ensuring seamless workflow, adherence to timelines, and precise brief delivery. This is a high-accountability position for a detail-driven individual comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure proactive, clear, and consistent client communication.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations professionally.
  • Coordinate work delivery across strategy, digital, creative, and communications to ensure quality and alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for client growth.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Support senior team members in pitches and new business initiatives.
  • Prepare client reports and maintain organized records.
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in client service and teamwork.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead client interactions. Experience in project management within agency environments, particularly with integrated campaigns, is essential. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate client needs and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, production). A partnership mindset focused on adding value and identifying growth opportunities is key. Fluency in Arabic, with confidence in the Saudi dialect, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital, creative, or communications agencies.
  • Experience in project management within agency settings.
  • Native or fluent Arabic, with proficiency in the Saudi dialect.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the energy, government, or B2B sectors is advantageous. Prior work on high-volume or fast-moving accounts where efficiency and accuracy are critical is also beneficial. Familiarity with workflow management tools and structured delivery systems, such as timelines, trackers, job numbers, and resource planning, is a plus.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The working week is Sunday to Thursday, from 9 am to 6 pm. The role involves a hybrid work setup, with three days spent at the client's HQ in Riyadh and the remainder remote. The salary range for this position is 16,200 SAR to 18,400 SAR per month.
