The Role

Vivid Quest AI is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join its team. This is a part-time, project-based position, offering an opportunity to apply foundational data skills to client projects under the guidance of experienced analytics professionals. The role is remote and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility around agreed milestones and delivery schedules. Compensation for this paid, project-based role will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection, cleaning, organization, and validation of business data.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel for dataset preparation and basic data analysis.
• Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Prepare recurring reports to monitor business performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Summarize findings clearly and assist in preparing project presentations.
• Document data preparation steps, reporting logic, and analytical assumptions.
• Collaborate with project teams, communicate progress, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Assist with cloud-based data tasks using AWS or Azure, where required, with guidance from the project team.

Required Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Compensation

This is a paid, project-based position. Compensation details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and will be based on the scope, responsibilities, and expected deliverables of the assigned projects.
