Key Account Manager Pharma (Poultry)

About the Role

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Key Account Manager Pharma (Poultry) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts within the veterinary pharmaceutical sector, specifically targeting the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including farm owners, veterinarians, and purchasing and technical managers.
• Prepare account plans, negotiate prices, contracts, and tenders in line with approved company policies.
• Present products and treatment programs, and coordinate technical support and farm visits with the technical team.
• Monitor stock levels, orders, deliveries, and receivables for each assigned account.
• Track competitor activity, prices, and market trends, reporting insights to the Sales Manager.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and visit plans using the company system.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 3–5 years of sales or key account experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals, with a preference for experience in the poultry sector.
• An established network with poultry companies and farms in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proven customer relationship management skills.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular interaction with clients and travel within the region.
