About the Opportunity

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a Key Account Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for driving sales performance and market share within the assigned area, requiring 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Overview

The Key Account Supervisor is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and enhancing the market share of the company's brands within the designated area. This position involves leading and developing a team of Key Account Executives, managing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of commercial strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Monitor team performance through regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews, providing ongoing guidance and support.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and drive market share growth within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and field activities to maximize business opportunities, taking corrective actions for performance gaps.
  • Manage strategic key accounts and build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely market insights and customer feedback to Sales and Marketing Management, monitoring competitor activities and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, proactively resolving issues.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, activity, and forecasting reports, monitoring business performance and team KPIs.
  • Ensure effective utilization of company resources and compliance with policies, supporting annual business planning and budgeting.
  • Lead by example, promoting the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets, including strong performance over the last two years.
  • Proven experience in key account management, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Ability to analyze business performance, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic commercial environment, requiring a proactive approach to sales, team leadership, and customer engagement. Compliance with company policies and effective resource management are essential.
