L Sales Consultant ( Used Cars)

About the Role

United Motors Company is seeking a Sales Consultant for Used Cars to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for promoting and selling used vehicles from the company's stock, aiming to achieve or exceed predefined sales targets. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer and staff satisfaction and retention, while developing positive and lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed planned unit and profit targets for used car sales.
• Maintain up-to-date records, including sales logs.
• Conduct professional test drives with customers.
• Effectively manage all sales inquiries and leads.
• Deliver vehicles in line with company and manufacturer expectations.
• Ensure the quality of used vehicle displays and standards meet company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Professionally appraise vehicles.
• Inform superiors of any untoward behavior.
• Arrive consistently on time for duty.
• Ensure safe working practices are always employed.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and administration.
• Promote a collaborative ethos and support other team members.
• Attend daily sales meetings and required training sessions.
• Carry out other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or a higher degree.
• 0-1 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably used cars, or in a similar customer-facing sales role.

Required Skills

• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and sales systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Sales Consultant will operate within a team-oriented environment, contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
