The Opportunity: Architectural Engineer – Labor Accommodation & Projects Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team as a Labor Accommodation & Projects Supervisor. This full-time role involves overseeing accommodation facilities, managing construction and renovation projects, and coordinating maintenance activities. The supervisor will ensure operational excellence across JAL's branches in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, and Madinah.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on employee accommodation facilities across all designated branches.
• Manage and monitor ongoing and upcoming construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
• Oversee cleaning and hospitality staff, ensuring adherence to performance and service standards.
• Prepare and review Scopes of Work (SOW) for both minor and major maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on periodic HVAC maintenance and repair works.
• Supervise and coordinate plumbing and carpentry works.
• Address and follow up on all branch maintenance requests, observations, and requirements.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure proper execution of works, meeting required quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project and maintenance progress.
• Review contractors’ work to ensure compliance with approved scopes of work.
• Prepare comprehensive reports regarding project progress, maintenance status, branch requirements, and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• An Architectural Engineer background is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar supervisory or project management role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires travel and oversight across JAL's branches in Dammam, Jeddah, and Madinah.
