The Role of Last Mile Supervisor

BFL Group is seeking a Last Mile Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing the entire last-mile delivery process, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The supervisor will lead a team of delivery personnel and manage logistics to meet delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of last-mile delivery personnel.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance standards within the delivery team.
• Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resource utilization.
• Monitor and adjust delivery routes as necessary to accommodate changes or address operational challenges.
• Oversee the last-mile delivery process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last-mile delivery operations.
• Implement strategies aimed at improving delivery efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure delivery vehicles are maintained in optimal condition.
• Schedule routine maintenance and inspections for the delivery fleet.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage teams and optimize delivery processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active involvement in managing daily delivery operations and working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
