Laundry Attendant

Job Summary

Little Kitchen Help is seeking experienced and reliable Laundry Attendants to join an ultra-luxury private hospitality operation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of SAR 4,100 per month. The successful candidates will support daily laundry operations, ensuring all garments, linens, and textiles are processed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow established washing, drying, pressing, finishing, and folding procedures.
• Handle different fabrics and garments appropriately to prevent damage.
• Adhere to laundry Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality-control procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect garments and linen for stains, damage, and quality issues.
• Carry out appropriate stain treatment and garment-care procedures.
• Sort, count, label, and organize laundry accurately.
• Ensure processed items are properly folded, pressed, packed, and prepared for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Report equipment issues, damaged items, or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Support the wider laundry team during busy operational periods.
• Handle luxury, delicate, and high-value garments with care and discretion.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laundry experience.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private residence, palace, hospital, commercial laundry, or similar high-standard operation is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operating procedures.
• Good understanding of fabric handling and garment care.
• Ability to follow washing, finishing, and quality-control procedures.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of a busy laundry operation.
• Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively as part of a structured operational team.
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours according to operational requirements.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality operation. The position is full-time and requires working as part of a dedicated laundry team, often during busy operational periods.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position is SAR 4,100.
