About the Role

As a Laundry Supervisor at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences in Riyadh, you will oversee the daily laundry and uniform operations. This full-time position is central to ensuring a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms, directly contributing to a positive guest experience and the smooth functioning of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations, including leading, training, and overseeing team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms.
• Manage uniform distribution by overseeing the ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms.
• Oversee linen processing, assigning, supervising, and assisting with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens, while ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
• Monitor quality and efficiency by tracking linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed.
• Optimize productivity through assigning machinery, equipment, and work areas, and maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics.
