Join Us as a Legal Secretary!
At Baker McKenzie, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary who is fluent in both Arabic and English, and is a Saudi national, to support our attorneys with essential secretarial and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare attorneys' correspondence and legal documents as required.
  • Manage attorneys' calendars and schedule meetings, travel, and seminars.
  • Interact with Accounting for processing monthly bills.
  • Prepare expense reports and process invoices for payment.
  • Assist with travel arrangements through FCM Travel.
  • Organize large volumes of email and phone calls.
  • Proofread and update visual presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.

Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; secretarial degree preferred.
  • Significant experience as a legal secretary or in a professional services environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salary: Starting from $50,000 annually.
