Salman Al-Ghafili and Partners Law Firm and Consultants announce the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Legal Secretary to work within a specialized professional team.
Basic Requirements:
  • A diploma or equivalent experience and qualifications to be familiar with secretarial tasks.
  • Experience in a legal environment or law office.
  • Familiarity with judicial systems such as the Najiz platform, the Muin platform, and the administrative execution platform for the Board of Grievances, and court procedures.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and drafting correspondence.
  • High organizational skills and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of the English language is preferred.
Tasks:
  • Managing appointments and organizing case files, tasks, and work related to the company and its clients.
  • Preparing meeting minutes and communicating with clients.
  • Following up on updates and schedules related to judicial authorities.
  • Archiving and organizing documents and data.
