Charterhouse are working with an International Law Firm based in Riyadh, who are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their successful team. An Arabic speaker is desirable for this role.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional legal administrative support to a team of Fee Earners within a busy office environment. This includes multi-tasking workloads such as:
  • Complex diary management
  • Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Proof-reading and amending documents
  • Drafting PowerPoints and pitches
  • Filing documents
  • Supporting the team with any administrative requests

Additionally, this role will involve:
  • Managing all matter management processes
  • Generating financial reports and handling matter balances
  • Assisting with month-end bills and bids

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must:
  • Have experience working within a Law Firm
  • Have experience working in KSA
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are preferable)
  • Be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Be competent in using legal software

  • Certification in Paralegal Studies and relevant legal professional certifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal support role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory environments, and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize projects effectively.
