Charterhouse Middle East is excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join an esteemed international law firm based in Riyadh. This role is crucial for providing exceptional legal administrative support to a team of Fee Earners in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management and scheduling of meetings.
  • Travel arrangements and various administrative duties including proof-reading and amending documents.
  • Drafting PowerPoints and pitches, filing documents, and supporting the team with admin requests.
  • Undertaking matter management processes and working closely with fee earners to generate financial reports and handle matter balances.
  • Assisting with month-end bills and bids.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a Law Firm and specifically in KSA is essential.
  • Professional and personable approach with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with Arabic language skills preferable.
  • Full IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and competence in using legal software.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize projects effectively.
