Join Quant as a Legal Specialist
As a Legal Specialist with Quant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and professional support on legal analysis, legal documents, and court matters. You will perform the day-to-day legal work streams with timely and effective deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to facilitate resolving legal matters.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle renewal of corporate licenses and other authorizations.
  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to internal stakeholders.
  • Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents.
  • Assist with updating company contracts.
  • Manage day-to-day legal operations.
  • Coordinate and prepare administrative reports.
  • Liaise with law firms and partners to fulfill various legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and government regulations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Proven experience in legal roles.

Preferred Qualities:
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Skills:
