Join Alqotr as a Legal Specialist!
We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Specialist to join our legal department. In this role, you will manage internal administrative investigations while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal administrative investigations in line with approved policies and regulations.
  • Prepare investigation reports and legal recommendations.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Provide legal advice to management on labor law matters.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel when required.
  • Support the development of internal compliance-related policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative investigations or labor law.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and associated regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
