Role Overview: License Owner & Operator

Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner & Operator to establish and expand its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual who will build and manage the local Stranger Soccer presence. It is not a salaried management position but an opportunity to operate an independent venture with support from Stranger Soccer HQ. The compensation structure for this role involves rewards tied to performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand within the Riyadh market.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a local team of 2-3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
• Identify and secure suitable football venues to ensure regular playing opportunities.
• Implement marketing and customer acquisition strategies through both digital and local initiatives.
• Manage game operations to ensure a high-quality player experience.
• Collaborate with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging established operational and technology teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 0-1 year in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong passion for football (soccer).
• Community-driven approach and ambition to grow a local operation.
