Role Overview: Logistics Manager

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for managing logistics across project sites within a major infrastructure program. The Logistics Manager reports directly to the Senior Logistic Manager and plays a key role in ensuring efficient and coordinated logistics operations.

Project Context

The role supports a significant infrastructure program for a mixed-use development in Riyadh. This project is envisioned as a global landmark, recognized for its unique vision and authentic destination status. KBR provides Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, encompassing project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and the implementation of development and early works packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update the Project Logistics Management Plan.
  • Interface with the Operations and Logistics & Asset Management Team to ensure logistics works are coordinated and implemented in line with overall project deliverables.
  • Supervise logistics supply contractors.
  • Ensure that Contractors’ logistics management plans comply with the requirements of the Project Logistics Management Plan.
  • Support Construction Supervisors and Contractors in resolving security and logistics issues.
  • Liaise with the Engineering Team to assist in developing design solutions that promote constructability and logistical requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of construction supervisors and contractors, including adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHS&E) requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
