About the Machine Operator Role

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring production objectives are met through the effective operation and oversight of machinery.

Operational Oversight and Compliance

The role involves overseeing the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls. This ensures all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled, with a specific focus on compliance with the QMS “Quality + Halal Food management system” requirements (ISO9001 + HFMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up machines to initiate production cycles.
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings, such as speed and temperatures.
• Feeding raw materials or packaging components into semi-automated machines.
• Conducting precise inspections of parts using measuring tools.
• Periodically testing machine operations to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during a shift.
• Checking output to identify any machine-related errors or defects.
• Maintaining records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Keeping detailed activity logs.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh.

Required Skills and Attributes

The role requires attention to detail for inspecting parts and identifying flaws. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues is essential for maintaining production flow. Maintaining accurate records and activity logs is also a key requirement.
