Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to understand and effectively communicate our products' value proposition to diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
• Stay current with market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies

• Operate company-assigned trucks to deliver goods to customers, warehouses, or other locations as per schedule.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip reports, and mileage records.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
• Assist with documentation related to deliveries and shipments.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to dispatch as needed.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid truck driving license (Heavy Vehicle License in Saudi Arabia).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
• Clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Ability to read maps and follow GPS navigation.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

• Providing detailed information about our menu offerings, including food ingredients and potential allergens.
• Preparing and setting up tables with necessary utensils and water.
• Introducing daily specials and promotions to guests.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
• Ensuring dishes and utensils are clean and organized.
• Following hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Closing customer payments and providing outstanding customer service.

• Minimum two years of experience in catering or customer service.
• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• Proficient in arithmetic, customer service, and communication skills.
