About the Role

Alchemy Global Group is seeking a Manager (Consulting) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role represents the first full managerial position within the consulting track, holding end-to-end accountability for engagement delivery. The Manager will have exposure to the commercial performance and P&L of assigned engagements, alongside responsibility for team development. This position involves leading engagements from mobilization to close-out, ensuring the quality and profitability of workstreams, building trusted senior-client relationships, and actively contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements from mobilization through close-out, managing scope, plan, and delivery.
  • Manage engagement budgets, margins, resourcing, and quality, while maintaining RAID governance.
  • Ensure consistent on-time and in-scope delivery, applying strong quality-assurance and cost-optimization discipline.
  • Build senior-client confidence and maintain executive visibility throughout delivery.
  • Apply advanced problem-structuring to complex and ambiguous client issues, ensuring quality, logic, and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Co-create solutions with clients and introduce innovation to problem-solving approaches.
  • Strengthen the practice's engagement tools, frameworks, and reusable methodologies.
  • Own the development and commercial shaping of multiple proposals and lead pursuit strategy.
  • Maintain and expand a personal opportunity pipeline, leading client presentations, scope discussions, and methodology walkthroughs.
  • Identify cross-service opportunities and repeat mandates, sponsoring opportunity conversion from existing delivery teams.
  • Support the commercial health of owned engagements, including timely invoicing and follow-up for pending payments.
  • Allocate and supervise Senior Consultants, Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts across owned workstreams.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members, modeling professional conduct and the Company's values.

Key Performance Indicators

  • On-time, in-scope, on-margin delivery of owned engagements.
  • Deliverable quality and minimal rework.
  • Contribution to pipeline and proposals.
  • Collection performance on owned engagements.
  • Development and progression of coached team members.

Working Relationships

The Manager will engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders:

  • Internal: Senior Consultants, Consultants, Associate Consultants, Analysts, Senior Manager / Associate Director, Shared Services (Human Resources, Finance, Administration), and all Business Units.
  • External: Clients and client stakeholders, subcontractors, associates, delivery partners, suppliers, third-party providers relevant to engagements, and industry contacts at events and forums.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 7–9 years of relevant management consulting experience.
  • Proven track record of leading workstreams or engagements independently, on time and within scope.
  • Experience managing junior team members and senior-client relationships.
  • Multi-sector or multi-client exposure is preferred.
