This full-time Manager Consulting role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to Visa's mission by delivering significant impact for clients in the region.

Role Summary

The Consulting Manager plays a central role in executing consulting engagements for clients within KSA. This position focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, resolving business challenges, and ensuring measurable impact. The role combines client problem-solving, project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial support, and team development, requiring a strong consulting toolkit and experience in payments or financial services to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs, practical recommendations, and strong client impact.
  • Translate complex business questions into structured analyses, actionable insights, and executive-level narratives.
  • Develop client recommendations grounded in data, market context, and Visaโ€™s capabilities.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for client teams and internal stakeholders, supporting senior client discussions by clearly articulating findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Manage client feedback and evolving requirements constructively, partnering with cross-functional Visa teams to shape relevant client solutions.
  • Support the development of proposals and consulting pitches by transforming client issues into commercially viable problem statements and workplans.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth by linking current delivery to broader client needs.
  • Oversee project workstreams, coordinate team members, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to capability building through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, reusable assets, and intellectual property.
  • Build expertise in priority consulting topics and bring external market insights and innovation to client engagements, particularly in areas relevant to KSA and the broader GCC.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting, banking, payments, or related analytical environment.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in AI tools utilization, including co-pilot and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to derive insights from data and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and executive storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, cards, commercial payments, digital banking, or broader financial services strategy.
  • Experience in creating and using custom AI agents.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA.
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
