Manager Business Billing Collection and Assurance

About the Role

Salam is seeking a Manager Business Billing Collection and Assurance to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing billing, collection, and assurance processes for business operations, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding debts in a timely manner.
• Create and monitor invoice payment progress within the Etimad portal.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with government regulations and policies related to billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Implement strategies to improve the timely processing of payments.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure payments received match billed amounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor and support customers regarding billing inquiries, payment options, and other related queries or concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with government customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Analyze payment trends, customer behavior, and debt patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to billing, collections, and customer satisfaction to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business billing, collections, and assurance. A strong understanding of financial regulations and customer relationship management is essential for success in this role.
