Collection Team Leader

About the Role

Tasheel Finance is seeking a Collection Team Leader to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily collection activities, driving team performance, and ensuring collection targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the collections team to achieve financial and productivity targets.
• Monitor daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Track team performance and ensure collection targets and KPIs are met.
• Review collection reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SAMA guidelines.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve overall performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth collection operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and collection activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections.
• Experience with BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) is required.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of collection processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, focusing on managing and developing a collections team within the financial services sector.
