About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and talented Manager - Design to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the design and development of innovative projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. The Design Manager will oversee multidisciplinary design teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through completion.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong technical expertise and project management capabilities. This position requires a professional who can ensure successful project delivery while maintaining alignment with project objectives and industry best practices. The role is based in Riyadh Province and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing direction, mentorship, and technical guidance.
• Oversee the development of design concepts, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver integrated design solutions.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept development through project completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project goals and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support efficient project execution.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, technologies, and industry innovations, incorporating best practices where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, design codes, and company standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, continuous improvement, and professional development within the design team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in design management or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in overseeing multidisciplinary design teams.
