The Role: Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional for the position of Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. In this full-time role, based in Riyadh, you will contribute to our financial strategy by supporting planning processes and delivering actionable insights. This position is central to guiding the company's decision-making and ensuring financial alignment across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to evaluate monthly and quarterly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to provide clarity on financial performance and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans that support business operations and strategic priorities.
• Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long-term financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and practices to enhance Qiddiya's financial strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar field.
• Prior experience within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector is preferred.
