Key Responsibilities

The Manager - Marketing will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with Red Sea Global's objectives.
• Managing marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral and content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
