About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager - Planning and Performance to oversee and manage planning and project controls for large-scale development initiatives in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a candidate with a strong analytical approach and experience in advanced project control methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, aligning with Qiddiya's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective planning and project control strategies across the Qiddiya project portfolio.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using industry-standard software.
• Facilitate project monitoring activities to ensure accurate progress tracking against baselines.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Provide regular progress, risk, and cost reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and finance teams for integrated project delivery.
• Establish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure compliance with project control procedures.
• Mentor and lead the project controls team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and post-project reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in planning and project controls management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning tools, specifically Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk management and earned value management (EVM).
• Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
