About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager Procurement Compliance Audit to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position responsible for leading and overseeing procurement compliance audits to ensure all sourcing and purchasing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Role Overview

The Manager Procurement Compliance Audit plays a critical role in maintaining high standards for procurement operations and mitigating associated risks. This involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to effectively address any identified compliance issues. The individual will contribute significantly to the integrity and efficiency of Qiddiya's procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct comprehensive procurement compliance audits across various departments and projects.
  • Identify compliance gaps, potential risks, and control weaknesses, subsequently recommending practical and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings clearly and concisely to senior management.
  • Monitor trends in procurement compliance and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs focused on procurement compliance and audit awareness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to procurement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, compliance, or audit functions, preferably within a large-scale organization or a similar industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting compliance audits and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and formulate effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence positive change.
