We are seeking a Manager Procurement Performance Management to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Purpose of the Role

The Manager Procurement Performance Management will play a critical role in driving procurement excellence within Qiddiya. This position involves managing performance measurement frameworks, conducting data analytics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with procurement teams and leadership to streamline operations, optimize supplier performance, and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics, including KPIs and SLAs, to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across all procurement activities.
• Analyze comprehensive procurement data and generate insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against established targets.
• Identify operational inefficiencies within the procurement function and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and the development of improvement plans.
• Lead supplier performance management initiatives, which includes monitoring contract adherence and facilitating necessary corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence throughout the procurement function.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess a strong background in procurement performance management. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required to effectively manage the scope of responsibilities associated with this role.
