Manager Risk (TBC)

About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Manager Risk to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing risk management processes and methodologies for multiple infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The Senior Manager Risk will contribute to project success by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks effectively, supporting the company's strategy to enhance community life quality in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks, ensuring comprehensive risk registers are maintained.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to inform risk management policies and procedures.
• Contribute to reporting and communication on risk status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of risk management excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered advantageous.
• At least 12 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on large-scale projects within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and applying risk management frameworks and systems.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Relevant professional certifications (*, PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) are highly regarded.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and qualitative assessments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
