The Role of Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes within Industry360˚’s client factories. The primary objective is to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency through strategic improvements and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate production workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Industrial Intelligence Platform into existing factory operations.
• Support the deployment of MES, IIoT, and related technologies on the shop floor.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and training to operators and maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance metrics to track improvements and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer objectives.

This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
