About the Market Access Manager Role

MS Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of generic and biosimilar medicines, is seeking a Market Access Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for driving the market presence of the company's Biologics portfolio within the region.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Market Access Manager is responsible for generating clinical demand for the Biologics portfolio with key accounts, proactively identifying business opportunities, and presenting value propositions aligned with stakeholder needs. This role involves developing strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT), Decision Making Units (DMU), and other stakeholders. The objective is to positively influence customers' prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets and maximize sales volume and market share of designated products.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for MS Pharma's Biologics portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.
  • Contribute to new product launches by incorporating customer insights and ensuring effective field execution.
  • Drive product awareness through targeted promotional activities and execute market access and reimbursement strategies to improve patient access.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, cross-functional teams, payers, healthcare providers, government stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Expand the Biologics user base and maintain accurate customer data and activity records on internal platforms.
  • Share customer insights to support cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Educate Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on MS Pharma Biologics through scientific and compliant engagement.
  • Organize educational programs, workshops, and KOL speaker events, and support training for pharmacists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote appropriate product use in line with approved indications and clinical guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to financial and brand planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
