About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a Marketing and Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to supporting sales and marketing activities for residential units, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and successful transaction completion.

Role Overview

The Marketing and Sales Executive will promote residential properties, manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound communications, and guide clients through the sales or leasing process. This role also involves assisting with marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to market and competitor analysis to support occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day sales and marketing activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote residential units through appropriate marketing channels, generate potential leads, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Receive customers, present available residential units, and explain the features, services, and benefits offered by the residential complex.
• Prepare sales or leasing proposals, price quotations, and contracts, and negotiate with customers to support the successful completion of transactions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, real estate brokers, corporate clients, and other relevant business partners.
• Support the planning and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns and promotional activities in coordination with relevant parties.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, occupancy rates, and marketing campaign results, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure units are ready and delivered to customers on time.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing and sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales leads and customer relationships effectively.
• Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and conducting market analysis.
