About Mirai and the Role

Mirai is seeking a Marketing Creative Lead to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role requires a blend of artistic creativity and a results-driven approach to develop standout ad campaigns for our mobile games. The Creative Lead will connect local marketing objectives with global team strategies, ensuring creative work is both high-quality and regionally tailored. This position involves owning the creative journey from initial concept to final asset export, maintaining high standards for all assets, and acting as a hands-on "player-coach" within the team.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the entire ad strategy process, from initial brainstorming through to final video editing, to create impactful advertisements.
• Personally design and animate advanced motion graphics and video tutorials, translating complex game features into easily understandable content.
• Assume full accountability for the end-to-end creative lifecycle, ensuring all regional assets are delivered punctually, on brand, and at the highest quality.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to align on brand standards, adapt global assets for the MENA region, and share regional success stories to influence global strategy.
• Utilize modern workflows, including automation and generative technology, to accelerate production and generate multiple versions of high-performing ads without quality degradation.
• Work with the data team to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions regarding creative ideas, including continuation, improvement, or cessation.
• Lead and inspire a small team of designers, providing clear feedback and enhancing their technical and creative skills through direct mentorship and example.

Experience and Leadership Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically within mobile gaming or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage projects, lead a team effectively, and collaborate successfully with global partners.
• Demonstrated full accountability for the creative lifecycle, encompassing initial concept and design through to final export and delivery of all assets.

Technical Proficiency and Innovation

• Expertise in professional video editing and design software, with the capability to directly engage with project files to complete tasks.
• Strong understanding of how to leverage new technologies to enhance the speed and efficiency of the creative process.
• Expected to personally execute high-level video editing, motion graphics, and gameplay recording to ensure the highest quality standards.

Performance Marketing Focus

The role emphasizes creating content specifically designed to drive actual downloads and achieve a high return on investment (ROI) for mobile game campaigns.
