Role Overview: Marketing Manager - LEAP East

This is a Freelance Position for a Marketing Manager for LEAP East, based in Riyadh. The role involves designing and delivering key aspects of the marketing strategy for LEAP East to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets. LEAP East, an extension of the LEAP technology platform, is situated in Hong Kong and serves as a platform for driving innovation and expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, and optimization of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Drive online traffic, leads, and conversions to meet strategic KPIs, providing regular updates on results.
• Analyze visitor and exhibitor digital behavior using platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance.
• Establish and benchmark new KPI targets to enhance digital marketing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with supporting agencies to develop and set up paid marketing campaigns.
• Measure and optimize paid marketing efforts using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
• Identify evolving SEO practices and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop new digital campaigns.
• Develop new organic search growth strategies for various customer lifecycle stages, adapting to international market trends and platforms.
• Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
• Design and implement testing and optimization strategies, including A/B testing, landing pages, and CTAs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategy and campaign management.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPIs, event, and divisional strategy.
• Experience in line managing digital marketers to implement campaign strategies effectively.
• Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to direct reports.
