Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves planning, executing, and organizing all marketing strategies for the company. The role focuses on leading the marketing team to enhance brand presence, increase sales, and successfully reach the target audience. The salary for this position ranges from 5000-6000, in addition to performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the company.
• Manage advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and events.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead and guide the marketing team, monitoring their performance to ensure campaigns and objectives are met.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Developers, Design) to ensure unified vision and messaging.
• Prepare regular performance reports, including campaign measurement and results analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
• Strong experience with marketing analytics tools and digital campaign management (Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, SEO).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, specifically in the Al Maghrazat district.
