Marketing Manager

About the Role

Jodayn is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading all marketing activities to support Jodayn's growth, including generating qualified leads, developing sales enablement materials, and positioning the company within the Saudi public and private sectors. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand generation by planning and executing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and the company website to produce qualified leads for the sales team.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, service one-pagers, case studies, and client-facing collateral.
• Conduct account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts identified in collaboration with the sales team.
• Provide support to bid and proposal teams with company profiles and tailored marketing content.
• Produce B2B content in both Arabic and English, such as case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, and executive thought leadership pieces.
• Oversee Jodayn's social media presence and enhance engagement with target audiences.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships (*, LEAP, Black Hat MEA).
• Develop the annual marketing plan and manage the associated budget.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendors.
• Report on marketing-sourced pipeline and conversion metrics to commercial leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to government or enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Background in event management.
• Experience mentoring junior marketing staff.
