Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role

STAY Residential is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, execution-focused role that involves managing marketing tasks from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and digitally savvy, with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external agencies for advertising, printing, branding, and production.
• Manage the production and installation of building branding and signage across STAY properties.
• Conduct site visits to ensure branding materials are installed correctly and meet company standards.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and social media content, either directly or through external agencies.
• Set up and manage campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, including budget allocation, payment methods, targeting, and campaign configuration.
• Create and manage various ad formats, such as carousel, image, and video campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools for the creation, editing, and development of marketing content and videos.
• Coordinate with AI/video production companies and other creative partners to deliver high-quality content.
• Follow up with suppliers and agencies from the initial briefing stage through to final delivery.
• Monitor active campaigns and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and management team for final creative approvals.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members. The role may require site visits to residential properties.
