About the Role

Al Fozan Center is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional who combines creativity with an understanding of data, capable of transforming marketing ideas into measurable campaigns and results.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing activities, managing social media platforms, and launching and monitoring digital advertising campaigns. The primary goal is to enhance the brand's presence and support the company's objectives through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Launch and manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, overseeing content, publishing, and engagement in line with brand identity.
• Monitor advertising campaign performance, analyze results, and key performance indicators.
• Work to improve ad performance and optimize advertising spend efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of marketing ideas and content.
• Study target audiences and customer behavior.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports on the results of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Execute assigned tasks and directives within the scope of marketing operations to serve company objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations.
• Previous practical experience in the marketing field.
• Good practical knowledge in launching and managing advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Ability to read and analyze advertising campaign results and performance indicators.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, content, and consumer behavior.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and capable of presenting new marketing ideas.

Work Environment
