The Marketing Specialist Role

Rayh Innovations is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the launch and growth of new ventures from their initial stages. The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating content, testing messaging with target audiences, and monitoring campaign effectiveness. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers exposure to multiple ventures and industries, providing a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, and email channels.
• Develop content in both Arabic and English, including posts, short videos, landing pages, and sales materials.
• Conduct testing of messaging and positioning with real customers prior to venture launches.
• Manage social media accounts and cultivate engaged audiences.
• Track campaign performance and report on effective and ineffective strategies.
• Support go-to-market plans for new ventures, from initial branding to launch.
• Coordinate efforts with designers, agencies, influencers, and partner teams.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Experience in content creation for various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English for content development.
