Mechanical Material Engineer

About the Role

Power International Holding is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Material Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and offers a salary range of SAR 11,250 - SAR 15,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and approving mechanical materials in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify mechanical material submittals against project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
• Evaluate material technical data sheets, certificates, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, consultants, and site teams to ensure materials meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved material specifications.
• Monitor material approvals, inspection requests, and technical documentation.
• Support material inspections and resolve technical issues related to mechanical materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material submissions, approvals, and inspection documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Material Engineer in construction projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, technical submittals, and material approval procedures.
• Familiarity with project specifications, international codes, and quality assurance requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic project environment.
