About the Role

UR SUPPORT is seeking a Media Production Business Development Manager to join its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the media, advertising, production, filming, and TVC industries. The manager will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and secure high-impact projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and government sectors.
Generate leads and convert them into signed projects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Present company capabilities and lead client meetings and pitches.
Prepare and manage RFP responses and project proposals, including government tenders.
Coordinate internally with creative, production, and finance teams to deliver competitive proposals.
Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing teams, and event organizers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and high-demand sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the media, advertising, or production industries.
Strong experience in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and conducting client pitches.
A solid professional network within the Saudi market is considered an advantage.
