Medical Sales Liaison (MSL) Aesthetic Medical Devices

About the Role

THC Consulting is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Liaison (MSL) for aesthetic medical devices to join a leading global healthcare organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a healthcare professional with a strong background in aesthetic medical devices, combining medical and clinical knowledge with communication and stakeholder management skills. The position involves working with healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to provide scientific and clinical support within the Saudi aesthetic medical devices market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, KOLs, and key stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and scientifically appropriate information on relevant aesthetic medical devices and solutions.
• Support clinical and product education for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical discussions, demonstrations, and educational sessions as required.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs, clinical practices, treatment approaches, and market developments within aesthetic medicine.
• Gather feedback and insights from healthcare professionals and communicate them to internal teams.
• Support medical, educational, product, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and delivery of scientific and clinical training related to aesthetic medical devices.
• Build scientific credibility with healthcare professionals and serve as a point of contact for clinical and product-related discussions.
• Stay informed about developments in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, aesthetic technologies, medical devices, and relevant clinical practices.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure all activities comply with applicable medical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activities, customer needs, and market developments within the aesthetic medical device sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Medical Science Liaison, Medical Affairs, Clinical Specialist, Medical Representative, Medical Sales, or a similar healthcare-facing role within the aesthetic medical device industry.
• Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
